Brothers & Sisters of I.A.F.F. Local F-33,
The election committee has finished preparing the voter package for every member of I.A.F.F. Local F-33. The voter packages have been turned over to the USPS of National City. We respectfully request that each member keep a look out for your voter package.
The voter package is in a plain white #10 envelope. In the voter package you will find the following: 1 secret ballot, 1 secret ballot envelope, 1 election notification, 1 pre-filled return envelope that is specific to your voter id# (we request that you fill out your name and address on this envelope only).
In the event you do not receive a voter package by July 6th, you can contact the election committee members for a duplicate ballot. A new voter package will be prepared and mailed to you within 48hrs. We will request that you provide your address for the location you receive USPS mail.
We the election committee will also request that the union post the attached election notification on all official I.A.F.F Local F-33 Fire Station bulletin boards. The election notification contains instructions on how to complete the voter package and what steps to take in the event of a spoiled or undelivered ballot.
All ballots must be received at the National City USPS PO Box by 0800 on July 19th 2018.
